I didn’t have anything planned to photograph today.  I was a bit tired when I got home and decided to look around and find something here to photograph.   A few years ago I decided to learn to play the guitar; unfortunately, my hands have a bit of trouble with some chords.   Every now and then, I start again and spend a few weeks building up calluses on my finger tips and then life gets too busy and the guitar ends up back in the corner collecting dust.   I think I managed to shake most of the dust off trying to figure out a good angle in the available light.  Maybe I’ll start working on those calluses again ;-).
