This image was actually shot facing more towards the north, but the colorful sky from the sun setting over my left shoulder was beautifully reflected in the water.   The “lines” where the reflections seem to break are from areas of very thin ice on the surface.  If the forecast they’ve been reporting for the next 3 or 4 days are accurate, I’ll have to go back and see how much ice has formed in a few days.
