I love calla lilies … I can’t seem to grow them, but I do think they are one of the most elegant flowers.   I usually buy one and manage to kill it in a month or so.  This one has been here for 4 days already, so I figured I’d better get a few photographs while it still looks its best.   Since it was raining, I set up the tripod at what I hoped was a good height, secured the camera on the tripod head and carefully went outside carrying it under a huge golf umbrella.
