After a rainy day, the sight of the sun breaking through on the horizon just in time for the golden hour was a pleasant surprise. Everything outside was glistening with the last of the rain drops still clinging to their branches. I took a walk around the house and discovered the brightly lit clouds on the horizon reflected through the trees on the surface of a puddle in the woods. There were a couple of very small cedars that I initially was trying to figure out how to shoot past without brushing them and getting both my camera and myself showered with rain. And then I got distracted a bit trying to capture the biggest, fullest drops I could find.
