I was up early this morning and happened to peek out the window of my hotel room just before sunrise.   I had a little time, so I got my camera and snapped a few photos.   The windows faced North so I had no view of the sun rising.  However, watching the clouds light up and then the taller buildings become golden has the light painted this from the top down.   I snapped this photo of the courthouse when only the bell tower was in the golden sunlight.
