Today’s picture is one from Sunday afternoon in Harpers Ferry.  It was taken from the pedestrian bridge through the chain link fence that protects pedestrians from anything the might come off trains passing over the bridge that runs parallel to the pedestrian bridge.  The pedestrian bridge crosses the Potomac River just before the Shenandoah River meets it.
