Last night I started to play with some of the untried features on this little point-and-shoot, like the capability to use my smartphone for the live view screen and shutter release. Unfortunately, the only thing that can be controlled from the smartphone was the zoom and the shutter. And even more unfortunate was that settings made on the camera were ignored … specifically, turning off the flash and adjustments to exposure compensation. But it was cool to be able to lay the camera with the screen against the table and still have a clue as to the composition of the lighting suspended above the table.
