A few days ago, I posted a photograph from last year of a butterfly. I’d been daydreaming of warm sunny days at the end of a long, rainy day. The butterfly bush that was in the old photograph is still a long way from blooming, but the azaleas are in full bloom right now. He was rarely still, but I managed to capture a few nice images. One I really found interesting shows the upper wings fully folded and the lower wings slightly open.
