I worked half a day and then got on the road; I was heading straight into “heavy thunderstorms”. My “internal camera” captured images of rolling green hills, lined with various types of fences against dark, threatening clouds draped over the distant mountains … rain coming down in tight bands that were almost like driving under waterfalls … tall flumes of spray when one of the tractor-trailers drove through standing water … fog blanketing and winding around the mountain tops. So many images that I can’t share. Instead, I’m sharing another image from Tuesday’s outing. This one was taken an hour or so before sunset. The clouds were already playing in the fading light.
