The first time I visited I had to check the signs.  I thought they sure looked like crepe myrtles, but I’m not used to them being so large.  There’s a walkway that winds around for some distance under their canopy.  There’s a couple of people near the bottom right of the image, just left of the bridge, that give some perspective to the size of these trees.
