This photo, like the last, was taken from the upper overlook near the Canyon Rim Visitor Center.  When I drove across the bridge minutes earlier the fog was like a blanket tucked under the bridge.   I was surprised to see how quickly it had rolled up and allowed the sun to peeking into the gorge.
