Happy Thanksgiving …

I suppose I should have found something to photograph that better fit the day.  A turkey … in the wild or roasted and ready to eat.  But instead, I’ll wrap up my last visit to Lewis Ginter.  These are images from the Asian gardens … about 15 feet to right from yesterday’s image.

I’m posting one image in B&W.  I was challenged by a friend and fellow photographer to post a B&W image each of 5 days and challenge someone else each day to do the same.  This caused me to look at lots of my photos in B&W.  I think some areas look good … maybe better … in B&W.  But other areas are lost without the color.  I shared a different image than the one I converted to B&W to give you a look at the differences.  I think will challenge myself to work more with B&W and see how that will improve all my images.
